    The Administrative Assistant position is responsible for overall Office activities; including mail, large purchasing requests, facilities, and providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. You will support the General Manager, managers and employees through a variety of tasks related to organization and communication. The admin job scope includes communicating via phone and email ensuring that all administrative assistant duties are completed accurately and delivered with high quality and in a timely manner.

  • Front Desk Agent

    The Front Desk Agent position makes the first impression upon our guests by extending a warm welcome, providing information about our hotel and local area. They adhere to the AAA "Four Diamond" level of service and ensure all guest information is accurate and up to date upon their arrival or departure. They manage all daily arrivals and departures, including groups, as well as check guests in and out of rooms.

  • Reservation Sales Agent

    The Reservation Sales Agent position is ready to help accommodate our guests. They maintain a high quality of customer service by phone and/or e-mail and answer phone and e-mail inquiries. They are responsible of imputing all incoming reservations into the PMS system and assisting the Front Office department pertaining to room reservations and guest questions. They have a strong OPERA knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft office.
